Life in all its manifestations:
We must understand that there are living traditions in
individual and cultural life, which provide a framework for thinking about what we should expect of our life and
experiences,
but because we as a society have emphasized learning about rather than participating
in these traditions, we have thus, prevented ourselves from entering on our own, into a vital life tradition of knowing and doing.
Within my design, I allow for this ‘knowing and doing’.
Ideas that influence culture and get people talking. It’s about giving people something relevant that they’ve never quite seen before. I want to evoke conversation
with my
design, that will sustain competing interpretations,
explorations, and debate. |
